  2.二次使用の有無(1.を軸にして展開する媒体があれば教えてください)

  3.使用期間（年単位、ワンシーズン、永年利用希望など)

　→使用期間の延長は更新料をいただきます。

  4.サイズ(実際の使用サイズをお知らせください)

  5.カラーorモノクロ

  6.ご予算(必ずご記入ください)

  7.スケジュール

  8.ご希望のタッチ(galleryの中からお選びください。) 

  9.広告・パッケージの場合、バッティング拘束の有無（有りの場合は具体的な範囲をご記入ください。）

10.著作権の取り扱い（譲渡希望・作家が保持・相談したい、など）

　　著作権譲渡の案件は基本的にお断りしております。

　　ただし譲渡ではなくともそれに近い形で使用権を貸すことは可能です。ご相談ください。

11.お支払条件

　締日・お支払いいただけるお日にちを教えてください。

　お支払いは銀行振込・PayPalが可能です。

 

【ご注意事項】

・イラストの買取、著作権譲渡のお仕事はお受けできません。

・契約書がある場合は必ずお仕事が始まる前にご提示ください。

・「作者は著作者人格権（公表権、指名表示権、同一性保持権）について行使しないものとします。」

   と書かれた契約書にはサイン致し兼ねます。

・営業時間は平日10時〜17時までとなります。土日祝日・お盆はお休みをいただいております。

→A renewal fee will be charged for extending the period of use.

4. Size (please let us know the actual size to be used)

5. Color or monochrome

6. Budget (please fill in)

7. Schedule

8. Desired touch (please choose from the gallery.)

9. For advertisements and packages, whether or not there is a conflict (if yes, please fill in the specific range.)

10. Handling of copyright (want to transfer, artist to hold, want to consult, etc.)

We generally do not accept cases of copyright transfer.

However, it is possible to lend the usage rights in a similar way, even if it is not a transfer. Please consult with us.

11. Payment terms

Please tell us the closing date and the date on which you can pay.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal.

- We cannot accept work to purchase illustrations or transfer copyrights.

- If you have a contract, please be sure to present it before starting work.

- We cannot sign a contract that states, "The author shall not exercise the moral rights of the author (right of publication, right of name display, right of integrity)."

- Business hours are from 10:00 to 17:00 on weekdays. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and Obon.

11.付款條款

請告知我們截止日期和您可以付款的日期。

可透過銀行轉帳或 PayPal 付款。
